The Thinkcar Thinktool Euro Master SE (Special Edition) is an advanced, professional diagnostic platform, designed as a powerful yet compact solution for the modern workshop. This system is built around a sturdy 8-inch HD touchscreen tablet which runs on a fast and stable Android 10 operating system. The Euro Master SE combines OE-level diagnosis, bidirectional control, a very extensive package of service functions, and advanced ECU coding capabilities. It is the ideal tool for technicians who maintain a wide range of vehicles and are looking for a powerful all-rounder with excellent hardware configuration and expansion options.

Technically, the tablet communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth with the TVCI VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface). This interface supports the latest communication protocols, which is essential for stable and fast diagnosis of the most recent car models. The license includes standard two years of free software updates, giving the user continuous access to the latest features and a growing vehicle coverage of more than 220 brands. After this period, the device continues to function fully on the last installed software version.

Diagnostic functions:

The Euro Master Lite offers OE-level diagnostic capabilities for more than 220 vehicle brands. Thanks to powerful hardware, wireless communication, and visual support, the system is highly suitable for extensive fault analysis and system control.

• Complete system diagnosis (OE-level): Reads and clears fault codes in all electronic control units, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbag (SRS), BCM, HVAC, comfort systems and more. Includes live status and fault code description per module.
• Topology mapping: Displays a visual and interactive network map of all ECUs in the vehicle. Each module is shown with communication status (active, fault, offline), enabling faster localization of network issues.
• Active tests (bidirectional control): Sends commands to actuators such as fuel pumps, window mechanisms, fans or relays, so their operation can be tested without disassembly or voltage measurements.
• Live datastream: Displays real-time data from sensors and systems, shown in text, graph, or analog meter style. Data can be recorded and compared for analysis or test drives.
• AutoVIN technology: Automatically recognizes the vehicle based on the chassis number (VIN) and selects make, model, and year – ideal for quick and error-free diagnostic start.

Maintenance and service functions:

The Euro Master Lite supports more than 28 maintenance and service functions, enabling technicians to efficiently perform common tasks after replacement or adjustment of parts. These functions are suitable for daily use in universal workshops.

• Oil service reset (Service): Resets the maintenance interval and service light after oil change.
• Electronic parking brake (EPB): Releases and initializes the electronic handbrake for safe replacement of brake pads.
• Battery management system (BMS): Registers a new Battery and adjusts charging settings in the vehicle.
• Steering angle sensor (SAS): Calibration of the steering angle sensor after alignment or replacement of steering parts.
• Diesel particulate filter (DPF): Starts forced regeneration and clears fault codes after maintenance of the soot filter.
• ABS pump bleeding (ABS): Removes air from the ABS brake system after replacement of brake components or brake fluid.
• TPMS reset: Learning or resetting tire pressure sensors during replacement or tire change.
• Throttle body learning (ETC): Calibration of the throttle position after cleaning or replacement.

• Advanced ECU coding: Enables vehicle modules to be recoded, activated hidden functions (such as disabling the start/stop system or enabling cornering lights) and correctly initialized or configured new components after installation.
• Important limitation: The Euro Master Lite does not support online ECU programming (flashing) via factory servers. This functionality is reserved for the higher models within the Euro Master series, such as the Euro Master X, which are designed for full-level ECU programming and pass-thru applications.

Cloud and reporting features:

The Euro Master Lite supports extensive cloud capabilities and offers professional reporting tools for efficient data management and remote support.

• Cloud storage and management: All diagnostic reports can be automatically saved in the Thinkcar cloud for secure backup, structured archiving, and easy access from any internet-connected device. Reports can also be shared with customers or colleagues.
• Professional reports: Generates clear and detailed pre-scan and post-scan reports, including fault codes, module information, and system status. Reports are fully customizable with the workshop's logo and address.
• Remote diagnostics (TeamViewer): Thanks to the built-in TeamViewer functionality, a technician can remotely access the device with user permission for support with complex diagnostics, configuration, or fault code interpretation.

Additional features and special capabilities:

The Euro Master Lite is prepared for modern vehicles with secure access systems and legal data obligations. This makes the system suitable for both diagnostics and reporting at European APK level.

• FCA AutoAuth access: Provides authorized access to the Secure Gateway (SGW) of vehicles from Fiat, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo and Jeep. This allows full diagnostic and service functions without additional bypass adapters. Requires an active AutoAuth account.
• OBFCM APK2-compatible: Supports reading and recording of fuel and energy consumption data (OBFCM), as required by the APK2 regulations. This makes the system deployable for inspection agencies or workshops aiming to comply with the latest European requirements.

After the first year, the license can be renewed for an annual fee. The device remains fully functional for already supported models, even without license renewal. However, new software updates can no longer be installed, and some online features may be limited or no longer supported.
