The OBDSTAR Vespa is a portable diagnostic device specially developed for diagnosis and key programming on Vespa scooters and motorcycles from the Piaggio group. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 and features a 5.0-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 800x480. Under the housing is a RK3128 quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor, supported by a 2600 mAh lithium-polymer battery and expandable memory via micro SD card up to 32 GB. The license is valid for 1 year and provides access to complete diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes, live data streams, actuator tests, settings, and coding.

The diagnostic device supports automatic VIN recognition, automatic scanning, and offers ECU coding and settings. Data streams can be displayed as text, waveform, or gauge chart, and recorded sessions can be played back for analysis. Via Wi-Fi, software updates can be performed with one click and remote assistance from OBDSTAR technicians is available. Additional features such as fault guidance, help data, and technical bulletins assist the technician with targeted diagnosis.
