The OBDSTAR Toyota-30 V2 kit is an accessory designed for programming proximity smart keys on specific Toyota and Lexus models. This set is suitable for performing programming functions in situations such as "all keys lost" and adding extra keys. The kit supports vehicles equipped with 4A, 8A-BA, and 8A-A9 type smart keys.
This programming cable allows a direct and non-destructive connection to the vehicle's smart box. This eliminates the need to pierce or modify the wiring harness. The Toyota-30 V2 kit is specifically developed for use with 30-pin smart key ECUs, including types TMLF15 and TMLF19. Using this cable makes the Toyota-27 cable redundant in certain scenarios.
Application and functionality:
The kit is used in combination with compatible OBDSTAR diagnostic testers for key programming on recent Toyota and Lexus models.
- All Keys Lost (AKL) programming: Enables programming of new keys when no working keys are available for the vehicle.
- Add key: Provides the functionality to add extra smart keys to the vehicle's immobilizer system.
- PIN-free connection: The cable connects directly to the smart box connector, eliminating the need for modifications to the original wiring.
- Reading IMMO data: Reads the required immobilizer data directly from the smart key ECU to complete the programming process.
