The OBDSTAR M025 connects your OBDSTAR diagnostic device or programmer to the 6-pin diagnostic connector on Suzuki motorcycles with Euro-V engines. On the vehicle side, it features the red 6-pin Suzuki plug that fits the factory diagnostic port; the other end connects to your device via the dealer/mode switch configuration.

The 6-pin Euro-V connector is not a J1962 port but a manufacturer-specific diagnostic interface. The cable converts that signal path into a format that the OBDSTAR system reads and provides access—via the Dealer/Mode Switch—to diagnostic modes normally available only through Suzuki dealer equipment. There is no active electronics in the cable: it is a passive connection adapter with all processing handled by your device. This gives you access to the engine control unit level. Which parameters and procedures are actually available depends on the software version and licences of your own device.
