The OBDSTAR IScan MV Agusta is a professional Diagnostic Tool in tablet form, specifically designed for MV Agusta motorcycles. The system runs on Android 5.1.1 and is powered by a RK3128 quad-core processor. It features a 5.0 inch touchscreen and supports extensive diagnosis- and service functions. A software license with 1 year updates is included with purchase.
The IScan MV Agusta offers an intuitive interface and supports in-depth diagnostic capabilities, including reading ECU information, reading and clearing fault codes, and displaying live data. Additionally, the system provides access to interactive wiring diagrams and technical documentation. The functionality can be further expanded with optional hardware modules.
Diagnostic functions:
The IScan MV Agusta offers extensive diagnostic capabilities for reading and analyzing the electronic systems in MV Agusta motorcycles.
- Actuator test: Allows the user to directly control specific components and actuators to check functionality.
- Read ECU information: Requests detailed information from the control unit, such as software version and part number.
- Read and clear fault codes: Reads and clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from all present electronic control units (ECUs).
- Live data: Displays real-time data streams from sensors and components, including parameters such as RPM, temperature, and sensor voltages. The data can be displayed numerically and graphically.
Service and maintenance functions:
Supports more than 20 specialized service and maintenance functions for MV Agusta motorcycles. The availability of functions may vary depending on the specific model, the year, and the ECU of the motorcycle.
Brakes:
- Bleeding and filling the brake circuit: Performs the procedure for bleeding and filling the brake system, including the ABS system.
- Reset presence of ABS and Yaw Rate Sensor (YRS): Resets the configuration of the anti-lock braking system and the yaw rate sensor in the control unit.
- Reset presence of ABS, YRS and Electronic Shifting System (EAS): Resets the configuration of the ABS, the yaw rate sensor, and the electronic shifting system.
Engine and drivetrain:
- Self-learning procedure of the throttle body: Starts the self-learning procedure for the throttle body to restore correct idle and throttle response.
- Resetting throttle position sensor (TPS): Resets the throttle position sensor to factory settings.
- Self-learning procedure of the exhaust valve: Initiates the learning procedure for the electronically controlled exhaust valve.
- Resetting self-learning parameters: Restores all adaptive values of the engine control unit to the default settings.
- Reset adaptation values of the electronic traction control: Resets the learned values of the traction control system.

- Calibration of the accelerometer (front): Calibrates the accelerometer at the front of the motorcycle.
- Calibration of the acceleration sensor (rear): Calibrates the acceleration sensor at the rear of the motorcycle.
