OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3 | Test Platform | Software License
The OBDSTAR software license is developed for the OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3. This license activates or extends the software for testing and simulating various vehicle modules, including dashboard, ABS for electric vehicles, gear lever, air conditioning panel, and other electronic components.
The license activation is automatically processed within 24-48 hours after ordering. An active license provides access to the latest software updates and newly added modules and features. After the license expires, the test platform continues to function with the last installed software version but will no longer receive new updates.
Applications and functionalities:
This license activates the software for the following modules on the OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3:
- Dashboard / instrument panel: Enables testing and simulating the functionality of dashboards and instrument panels on the workbench.
- ABS for electric vehicles (E-CAR ABS): Offers software support for testing ABS modules specifically for electric vehicles.
- Gear lever / shift module: Activates functions for testing electronic gear levers and shift modules.
- Air conditioning panel / climate control: Provides access to the software for simulating and testing A/C and climate control panels.
- Other electronic modules (ETC): Supports various other electronic control units compatible with the KeyMaster G3 platform.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the software, the serial number of your OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3 is required. This number, which usually consists of 14 characters, must be entered in the comments field when completing the order. The serial number can be found in the following ways:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the OBDSTAR KeyMaster G3.
- Settings menu: In the main menu under the option 'Settings' or 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the device.
