OBDSTAR D800 (Full) Motorboat Diagnostic Tool

The OBDSTAR D800 (Full A+B+C+D) is an advanced and professional wired Diagnostic Tool, specially developed for full OE-level diagnosis of motorboats, inboard and outboard engines, jetskis (PWC) and marine generators. The system is built around a robust 8-inch Android tablet, designed for daily use in demanding conditions on board. The diagnosis is carried out via a wired OBD connection, ensuring stable and reliable communication during testing and maintenance work on the water.

The D800 offers extensive diagnostic capabilities, including reading and clearing fault codes (DTCs), viewing live data, system scans, actuator testing, and retrieving ECU information. Additionally, the device supports AutoVIN, interactive wiring diagrams, fault code explanations, and access to technical bulletins. Reporting and software updates are easily done via Wi-Fi, directly from the device. Diagnostic functions:

The OBDSTAR D800 offers in-depth OE-level diagnosis for a wide range of marine applications, including motorboats, outboard motors, inboard motors, jet skis (PWC), and generators. • Full system diagnosis: Reads and clears fault codes (DTCs) from all available electronic control units, such as engine control (ECU), fuel system, cooling, instrument panel, and other subsystems.
• Live data stream: Displays real-time data from sensors and control units. The data is visible in various display modes (text, waveform, analog) and can be recorded and replayed for in-depth analysis.
• Actuator tests (component control): Manually activates components (such as fuel pump, injectors, cooling fans) to actively check subsystem operation.
• AutoVIN & AutoScan: Automatically identifies the vehicle via the chassis number and performs a full system scan to quickly obtain an overview of the vehicle status.
• Freeze Frame & I/M readiness: Displays system status at the time of a fault code (DTC) and provides an overview of emission-related components.
• Read ECU information: Retrieves basic data from the connected ECU, such as software version, serial number, and part number.
• Report generation: Diagnostic results can be saved and exported as a professional report via the built-in data system.

• Includes 1 year of updates: A 12-month update license is included with purchase.

After the first year, the license can be renewed for an annual fee. The Diagnostic Tool remains fully functional for already supported models, even without license renewal. However, new software updates can no longer be installed, and some online features may be limited or no longer supported.
