The OBDSTAR M022A adapter cable is specifically developed to connect the 6-pin diagnostic port of compatible Benelli motorcycles to a 16-pin OBD2 connection. This cable acts as the physical interface between the vehicle-specific connector of the motorcycle and external diagnostic equipment or interfaces.

The adapter ensures correct pin assignment and signal transmission from the Benelli communication protocol to the standard OBD2 format. This allows diagnostic tools to communicate with the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) to perform service tasks without direct modifications to the vehicle’s wiring harness.
