The OBDSTAR TCM-009 adapter cable is specifically designed to connect a Getrag DPS6 transmission control unit (TCM) with diagnostic and programming equipment. This cable bridges the vehicle-specific 58-pin TCM connection to a standard 15-pin DB15 connector. This allows a direct hardware connection on the workbench (bench mode) for in-depth diagnosis and reprogramming of the automatic transmission.

The internal wiring ensures stable transmission of CAN-bus signals and power lines required for reading and writing data to the mechatronics. The pin-out is precisely configured for the communication protocols of the DPS6 transmission, preventing signal loss or communication errors during flash procedures. This adapter is exclusively compatible with OBDSTAR diagnostic devices or programmers and does not work with interfaces from other manufacturers.
