The Jaltest JT2006 is a digital infrared thermometer, designed for contactless measurement of surface temperatures. This model has a temperature range of -50°C to +380°C. The thermometer operates with a distance-to-spot ratio (D:S) of 12:1, meaning that from a distance of 12 meters a surface with a diameter of 1 meter is measured.
The JT2006 is equipped with a built-in laser pointer for accurately aiming at the object to be measured. The illuminated LCD screen ensures measurements are clearly readable even in low-light environments. Features such as a data hold function to lock the measured value and an automatic shut-off function to save battery power are integrated. The fixed emissivity of 0.95 makes the thermometer suitable for most organic materials and painted or oxidized surfaces.
