The Jaltest (70808004) is an ATS Support License with a duration of 1 year. This license provides access to the English-language Advanced Technical Support (ATS) service, designed to optimize repair times in the workshop. The service offers direct support from technical specialists for complex diagnostic issues identified with a diagnostic tool.
An active license is necessary to use the technical support and gain access to specific technical documents. Without an active license, access to the ATS support service expires. After ordering, the license is usually activated within 24 to 48 hours. The service has a minimum duration of 12 months and is automatically renewed unless terminated in writing at least thirty days before the expiration date.
Applications and functionalities:
The license activates the following support services:
- Advanced technical support: Direct contact via a hotline for technical assistance, available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 (GMT+1).
- Access to technical documents: Receipt of documentation such as wiring diagrams and charts by email.
- Fault interpretation: Support in locating and interpreting electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in electronically controlled vehicle systems.
- Online information provision: Access to technical information via the Jaltest website and online presentations of new software versions.
- Remote support: Possibility of online Advanced Technical Support for direct help with diagnostic procedures.

Serial number information:
For activation of the license, the serial number of your Jaltest diagnostic tool is required. This serial number consists of 9 characters and must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the diagnostic tool.
- Settings menu: In the software menu under 'License' or 'About this device'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the diagnostic tool.

- Contact the technical hotline within the specified opening hours.
- Have the serial number of your diagnostic tool and the relevant vehicle information ready.
- Describe the technical problem or fault as detailed as possible.
- The technical specialist provides support with the diagnosis, supplies the necessary documentation, or gives instructions for solving the problem.
- If necessary, an online session can be started for remote support.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
