The Jaltest (29754) ATS Support is a license with a duration of 1 year. This license provides access to the Advanced Technical Support for the Jaltest AGV software, focused on agricultural vehicles. Users receive support from technical specialists for complex diagnostic tasks and repairs. The service is automatically renewed annually and requires a minimum purchase of 12 months.
An active license offers the possibility to optimize repair times through direct access to technical documentation and expert support. Without a valid ATS Support license, access to these services is not available. After purchase, the license is usually activated on the specified serial number within a period of 24 to 48 hours.

The ATS Support license provides access to various support services:
- Technical hotline: Telephone support for technical questions on working days (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, GMT+1).
- Online technical information: Access to technical data via the Jaltest website.
- Technical documentation: Receipt of documents such as wiring diagrams and charts by email.
- Interpretation support: Assistance with the technical interpretation of the provided documents.
- Fault analysis: Support in locating and interpreting faults.
- System support: Assistance with electrical, electronic, and pneumatic faults in all electronically controlled vehicle systems.
- Online support: Direct Advanced Technical Support via online channels.
- Software presentations: Online presentations of new software versions and their functionalities.

Serial number information:
For the activation of the ATS Support license, the serial number of your Jaltest reader device is required. This serial number, consisting of 9 characters, must be entered in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the Jaltest reader device.
- Settings menu: In the software under the settings menu.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging box of the device.

- Contact technical support via the hotline, email, or the website.
- Have the serial number of your reader device and the relevant vehicle information at hand.
- Describe the fault or technical question as detailed as possible.
- A Jaltest specialist analyzes the problem and provides support, for example by providing technical documentation or giving step-by-step instructions.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
