The Jaltest 70901010 provides access to Scania's factory information, repair and maintenance data published by the manufacturer itself. This licence is a monthly subscription and runs for one month.
OEM RMI is information, not diagnostics: you cannot read fault codes with it. It works alongside your Jaltest diagnostics, for times when you need the manufacturer's data directly. If you work on Scania vehicles year-round, consider the annual subscription (70901011); that's the practical choice for continuous use.

What is OEM RMI?
OEM RMI stands for Repair and Maintenance Information: the repair and maintenance data that Scania makes available as a manufacturer. Within Europe, manufacturers are required to provide this information to independent workshops as well, and with this licence you gain that access.
This licence applies only to Scania. If you also service other marques, you subscribe to the relevant OEM RMI licence for each; Jaltest provides them for DAF, Iveco, MAN and Scania.
Which vehicles

- Models and model years: What is available depends on the manufacturer; this varies by model and production year.
What you can look up
You search by model and system and receive the data that Scania publishes.

What it is not
OEM RMI does not read fault codes and does not control components. For that you continue to use Jaltest diagnostics. The two complement each other: Jaltest for code reading, OEM RMI for factory information.

What you need
OEM RMI works alongside your Jaltest diagnostics and not independently. Here is the full breakdown.
- Jaltest Link: The diagnostic interface. Required, even to start the software on a PC.
- Truck diagnostics for Scania: An active licence, namely Jaltest CV, Modular Truck or Truck Select with this brand included.
- OEM RMI (70901010): This product, with a one-month subscription term.

How to get access
From order to working access takes four steps. The serial number of your Jaltest Link is the only thing you need to find yourself.
- Provide the serial number: Include the serial number of your Jaltest Link in the notes field when you place your order; this is required.
- We set it up: We link the access to that serial number, usually within one working day of your order.
- Confirmation by e-mail: You hear from us once OEM RMI Scania is active on your serial number.
- Get started: Launch Jaltest Diagnostics; Scania's factory information is then at your disposal for one month.
