If the license has expired, the software remains functional, but updates and access to the latest RMI information are limited. The license activation takes 24 to 48 hours and occurs automatically after your order is successfully placed. The software works seamlessly with the Jaltest Link V9 interface.

License information:
To activate your Jaltest software license, it is important to provide the serial number (SN) of your Jaltest Link interface correctly. Enter this serial number in the comments field when placing your order.
- Jaltest Link (interface): the serial number is on a sticker labeled “SN:” on the back or underside of the unit.
- Jaltest software: the serial number can be found via Configuration → Hardware/Link → Information (this displays the serial number of the interface).
- Packaging box: a sticker with the serial number is often also found on the original product packaging.
To ensure that you always have access to the latest updates and software for your Jaltest device, it is important that you register the correct distributor.
Only the registered distributor can perform new software and updates. When you appoint us as your distributor, we can take care of this for you and guarantee that your device remains up-to-date without any issues.
