De Jaltest MHE-verloopkabelset Hoogwerkers en Verreikers (70002028) bevat vijf kabels waarmee u de diagnoseaansluiting van hefmaterieel koppelt aan uw Jaltest-diagnosekabel. Aan de machinekant zitten de kabels voor JLG, Haulotte en Genie; aan de motorkant die voor Deutz en Kubota.
Een hoogwerker of verreiker heeft twee kanten die apart worden uitgelezen: De machineregeling die hef- en zwenkbewegingen stuurt, en de motorregeling van het ingebouwde blok. Omdat die motoren als losse aandrijving worden ingekocht, komen dezelfde Deutz- en Kubota-aansluitingen bij uiteenlopende bouwers terug. De JDC217.9 bedient daarnaast de genormeerde J1939-aansluiting. De kabels vallen onder Jaltest MHE.

Toepassingen en functionaliteiten
Elke kabel in deze set zet een merkeigen diagnoseaansluiting om naar de standaardaansluiting van de Jaltest Link. Wat u daarna kunt doen, bepalen de Jaltest-software en de dekkingstabel van de machine. De set combineert machineaansluitingen en motoraansluitingen, zodat u op een hoogwerker niet tussen die twee hoeft te kiezen.
Wat er in de set zit
- JDC217.9: Deutsch 9-polig J1939 naar DB26.
- JDC504A: Deutz-motoren, rond 12-polig.
- JDC523A: Kubota-motoren, 4-polig.
- JDC549.9: JLG en Haulotte, 4-polig naar DB26.
- JDC558A: Genie, 5-polig.

Zo gebruikt u hem
- Stekker bekijken: Kijk aan de machine welke aansluiting erop zit.
- Kabel kiezen: Neem de kabel die bij die stekker past.
- Aansluiten: Op uw diagnosekabel; DB26-kabels direct op de Link.
- Software starten: Open Jaltest op de pc en verbind de Link.
- Uitlezen: Kies merk en systeem in de software.
Compatibele voertuigen en toepassingen
Bepalend is de stekker, niet de machine. Motoren van Deutz en Kubota worden als losse aandrijving ingebouwd, dus dezelfde aansluiting komt in verreikers en hoogwerkers van uiteenlopende bouwers voor. De machineregeling hoort bij de bouwer zelf; daarvoor zitten de kabels van JLG, Haulotte en Genie in de set.

- JLG en Haulotte: Hoogwerkers en schaarliften met de 4-polige aansluiting.
- Genie: Hoogwerkers en schaarliften met de 5-polige aansluiting.
Motorkant:
- Deutsch 9-polig groen: De genormeerde J1939-aansluiting op nieuwer materieel.
- Deutz-motoren: Deutz-blokken in verreikers en hoogwerkers; deze kabel valt ook onder Jaltest AGV en Jaltest OHW.
- Kubota-motoren: Kubota-blokken in compact hefmaterieel en verreikers.
