The HWAUT QDB-3A is an actuator tester developed for diagnosing and controlling various components in vehicle systems. The device combines multiple functions, including generating PWM signals, controlling stepper motors, and measuring voltage and resistance. The tester features a TFT color screen that clearly displays measurement values and settings, supporting component analysis.
Thanks to its built-in functions, the QDB-3A can directly control various actuators such as solenoid valves, injectors, and idle motors. The tester has a adjustable voltage output and can simulate signals for sensors like pressure and flow sensors. This makes it possible to test components independently from the vehicle system and check their functionality without the need for multiple separate testing devices.
Application and functionality:
The QDB-3A is designed for testing and diagnosing a wide range of automotive components through direct control and signal simulation.
- PWM control (2-wire): Testing components such as solenoid valves and solenoid injectors.
- Stepper motor control: Suitable for controlling idle motors, motors in instrument panels, and stepper motors of urea pumps.
- Generating PWM signals (3-wire): Simulation of signals for controlling 3-wire urea pump motors, 3-wire coils, and electronic fans.
- Simulation of sensor signals: Generates signals for components such as air conditioning pressure sensors, rail pressure sensors, and flow sensors.
- Coil control: Direct control and checking of coils.
- Multimeter function: Measures DC voltage (up to 30V) and resistance (up to 1MΩ).
- Adjustable voltage output: Provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 14.5V for powering components.
