The Adapter Cable is designed to connect an OBD2 reader to the specific 6-pin diagnostic port of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. This adapter features a vehicle-specific 6-pin connector on one side and a universal 16-pin OBD2 connector (J1962F) on the other side. The cable facilitates communication between the Motorcycle's onboard computer and external diagnostic testers.
Using this adapter makes it possible to perform diagnostics, such as reading and clearing fault codes (DTC's) and viewing live sensor data.
