The GoDiag GT100 Plus is a breakout box and ECU connector, designed for diagnosing and testing vehicle electronics. This device enables detection of communication protocols, checking the status of the OBDII diagnostic port, and connecting ECUs on the workbench. The integrated digital display shows the real-time voltage (V) and current (A) of the connected module, helping to monitor the communication status.
Additionally, the GT100 Plus functions as a power supply for the vehicle during battery replacement to prevent data loss. The breakout box supports various protocols, including CAN-bus, K-Line, GPT, and DOIP-ENET. The system is suitable for both 12V vehicles and 24V trucks thanks to the built-in conversion function and can be used as an extension cable or to connect multiple ECU modules simultaneously.
Application and functionality:
The GT100 Plus offers a wide range of functions for diagnosis, programming, and testing of ECUs:
- OBDII protocol detection: Indicator lights show active communication on the OBDII pins, allowing quick identification of the protocol used (e.g., K-Line, CAN-bus).
- ECU connection on the workbench: Enables connecting an ECU outside the vehicle via the DB25 connector and the included color cables. This is suitable for programming, cloning, and testing.
- GPT and DOIP-ENET support: Equipped with specific connectors for GPT programming without opening the ECU and an RJ45 port for diagnosis via DOIP-ENET.
- Voltage and current display: The digital display shows the voltage of the OBDII interface and the current consumed by the connected ECU.
- Power supply during battery replacement: By connecting an external power source to the GT100 Plus, the vehicle electronics can be powered while the battery is replaced.
- OBD1 to OBD2 adapter function: The device can be used in combination with an OBD1-to-OBD2 cable (not included) to read older vehicles.
- 24V to 12V conversion: The built-in module converts the 24V power supply of heavy trucks to 12V, allowing standard 12V diagnostic equipment to be used safely.
- Connecting multiple ECUs: It is possible to connect multiple ECU modules simultaneously for joint diagnosis or programming.
- Diagnostic port check: Checks whether the vehicle's OBDII port functions correctly and whether the power and ground pins are in order before connecting diagnostic equipment.
