The GoDiag ECU GPT Boot Adapter is a programming adapter designed for reading and writing engine control units (ECUs). This tool enables a direct connection to the ECU via boot mode or GPT protocols and is compatible with various J2534 devices and ECU programming tools. The adapter features a wiring harness with labeled connectors for a correct and stable connection to the pins on the ECU circuit board.
The adapter stands out with an integrated resistor board, allowing the required boot resistors (1KΩ, 2KΩ, 4.7KΩ) and a 120Ω CAN bus resistor to be selected via switches. This eliminates the need to solder external resistors. Additionally, the adapter has a switch for automatic and manual power control, enabling simulation of the ignition state. LED indicators display the status of the power supply and the active resistors.

The adapter is used for tasks such as ECU cloning, data acquisition, and chiptuning, where a direct connection to the ECU circuit board is required.
- ECU connection in boot mode: Enables reading and writing data from microcontrollers that require a boot pin or GPT signals.
- Integrated resistor board: Simplifies the process by providing built-in, switchable resistors for different ECU types and protocols. The resistors can be connected in series for specific values.
- Power control: Offers both automatic and manual modes to power the ECU and simulate the ignition status, necessary for certain programming procedures.
- Wide compatibility: Works with software such as PCMFlash, PCMtuner, and KTMFlash, as well as other programs supporting J2534 passthru.
- Clear connection points: The wiring harness is labeled for RESET, BOOT, CNF1, GPT1, GPT2, 3.3V, 5V, VPP, and GND to minimize the chance of incorrect connections.
