This platform enables key programming, module diagnostics, and repairs without the modules being installed in the vehicle. It provides a stable and controlled environment for performing complex tasks such as adding new keys, handling 'all keys lost' situations, and cloning modules.
The test platform is designed to facilitate communication between a diagnostic or programming device and the FEM/BDC module. It features specific connectors, including CON7, CON8, a odometer connector, and a power connection. By connecting the instrument panel, it can be verified whether the module and the key are correctly synchronized, which is visible via the status indicator on the platform. This simplifies the testing process and helps identify communication issues or defects in the module.
