Foxwell NT630 Plus Car Diagnostic Tool

The Foxwell NT630 Plus is an advanced Diagnostic Tool for passenger cars, specifically designed for diagnosis in ABS and airbag (SRS) systems. Additionally, the device features extensive OBD2 functionality for the engine management system. This makes the device ideal for garages and advanced DIYers focusing on safety systems and troubleshooting brake and airbag systems. The NT630 Plus supports more than 60 vehicle brands from Europe, Asia, and America.

With a clear 4.3-inch color screen, robust housing, and clear menu structure, the NT630 Plus offers a user-friendly experience. Live data display, error code management, automatic vehicle identification (AutoVIN), and ABS pump bleeding are among the core features. Diagnostic data can be saved and reviewed via PC using the FoxAssist software. Thanks to the included SD card and lifetime free updates, the device remains up-to-date and reliable for daily workshop work.

Diagnostic functions:

• Read ECU information: Displays system information such as part number, software version, and serial number of the control units within ABS, SRS, and engine management.
• Read error codes: Reads stored and current error codes from the ABS module, the airbag/SRS system, and the engine management. This enables targeted analysis and troubleshooting.
• Clear fault codes: Removes fault codes from the selected systems after a repair has been performed, causing dashboard warning lights to turn off.
• Display live data: Shows current sensor values such as ABS wheel speeds, pedal pressure, impact detection, and engine data in real-time, both in text and graph form.
• View freeze frame data: Provides vehicle data from the moment a fault code was recorded, helping to reconstruct fault conditions.
• Auto-scan: Automatically performs a check on the available vehicle systems to quickly display system status and any fault codes.

Maintenance functions:

• ABS bleeding: Removes air from the ABS brake system. This function is necessary after replacing brake parts or refreshing brake fluid.
• Steering angle sensor calibration: Recalibrates the steering angle sensor, for example after wheel alignment or replacement of steering components.
• Airbag reset: Turns off the airbag warning light after repair to the airbag system. Note: crash data cannot be erased.
• Oil service reset: Resets the maintenance indicator after an oil change, so the service interval is displayed correctly again.
• Electronic parking brake reset: Puts the electronic parking brake into service mode for brake pad replacement and reactivates it after installation.

• Automatic vehicle identification (AutoVIN): Automatically recognizes vehicles via the VIN number, speeding up system selection and diagnostic start.
• Data recording and playback: Record live sensor values (PID data) and play them back later to analyze intermittent faults or irregular behavior.

• Multi-graph display: Compare two live parameters simultaneously in graph form, such as engine speed versus throttle position.
• Graph merging: Combine multiple PID signals into one overview to detect trends or abnormal patterns.
• Print data via PC: Export stored diagnostic results to a computer and print them using the FoxAssist software.
• Track vehicle history: Diagnostic data from previous vehicle sessions remain available for analysis or reuse with returning customers.
• Software updates via FoxAssist: Updates are downloaded and installed via the FoxAssist PC software, keeping the device up-to-date with new vehicle support.
