Ford Transit AdBlue (SCR) Emulator (SID212) Van
This AdBlue emulator is specifically developed for Ford Transit vans with a SID212 ECU and DCU. The device disables both the entire AdBlue system and the DPF system, thus preventing malfunctions, power loss, or starting problems caused by emission-related fault codes. This solution is intended for testing purposes or for vehicles used under heavy conditions.
After installation, the AdBlue system is completely deactivated. The emulator simulates the operation of sensors and components such as the AdBlue pump, NOx sensors, pressure and temperature sensors, and DPF. This prevents fault messages and the engine is no longer limited in torque or ignition. A damaged or clogged DPF filter can be replaced with a straight pipe if desired; this is optional.
