Claas AdBlue (SCR) Emulator (ACM2) Tractor
This AdBlue emulator is specifically developed for Claas tractors with Mercedes engines and ACM 2.x aftertreatment system. The device disables the entire AdBlue, SCR, DOC, and DPF system and prevents failures or power loss caused by emission-related components such as NOx sensors, urea pumps, and temperature sensors. The solution is ideal for testing purposes or for vehicles that structurally experience issues from error messages in the emission system.
After installation, the entire aftertreatment system is simulated. This stops the consumption of AdBlue fluid and removes error messages from the dashboard. Failures in the ACM system, NOx sensors, temperature and pressure sensors are ignored, allowing the vehicle's performance to be maintained.

- Disabling of NOx sensors (upstream and downstream)
- Disabling AdBlue level and quality sensor

- Simulation of exhaust gas temperature sensors
