Autool SC301 | Coolant Tester & Bleeder

The Autool SC301 is a combined coolant tester and bleeder, designed for maintaining vehicle cooling systems. The device operates on a DC 12V power supply and uses an external compressed air source to create a vacuum in the cooling system. The SC301 has two main modes: a fill mode for vacuum refilling coolant and a test mode for detecting leaks by vacuum.

The control panel features digital displays and LED indicators showing the process status. There are three adjustable pressure levels (-35 kPa, -40 kPa, and -45 kPa) to adapt the test to the vehicle's condition. A built-in pressure protection prevents damage to cooling system components from excessive vacuum. The device comes with three universal conical Adapters for broad compatibility with various vehicle models.

Application and functionality:

The SC301 is developed for performing diagnosis and maintenance on vehicle cooling systems using vacuum technology.

• Leak detection mode: In this mode, the cooling system is put under vacuum. The device then monitors whether the pressure remains stable. A green LED indicator ("NO LEAKAGE") confirms the system is sealed, while a red LED indicator ("LEAKAGE") indicates a leak.
• Fill mode: This function first evacuates the cooling system to remove all air. Then the system is automatically and bubble-free filled with new coolant. The process stops automatically and gives an audible signal when filling is complete.
• Adjustable pressure: The user can choose from three preset vacuum levels, allowing the test to be tailored to the age and condition of the cooling system.
• Drain valve: Equipped with a drain valve to remove remaining fluid from the internal pipes of the device after use, preventing contamination during the next refill.
