The Autool LM120+ is a digital air conditioning manometer, designed for measuring pressure and temperature in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The device is equipped with a sensor for measuring vacuum and pressure, and can display measurements in various units such as Kpa, Mpa, bar, inHg, and PSI. The pressure test range is from 0 to 6000 Kpa and the vacuum range from -101 to 0 Kpa. Temperature can be measured in a range from -40°C to 150°C.

This manifold meter features an integrated database with data for 89 different refrigerants, including the corresponding evaporation and condensation temperatures. The device has a digital LCD screen with backlighting for clear reading of measurement results. Additional functionalities include a pressure leak test, measuring evaporation and condensation pressure, and a sight glass to check the refrigerant charge status. The housing is made of engineering plastic and has an anti-slip design.


Application and functionality:

The LM120+ is used for installation, testing, and maintenance of cooling equipment such as air conditioners and refrigeration storage systems.

  • Dual pressure and temperature measurement: Simultaneous measurement of high and low pressure and two temperatures (evaporation and condensation).
  • Pressure leak test: Calculates the pressure difference between the initial and second test pressure to determine if there is a leak in the refrigerant system.
  • Evaporation pressure and temperature test: Measures the maximum pressure and the lowest temperature when the refrigerant changes from a liquid to a gaseous state.
  • Condensation pressure and temperature test: Measures the minimum pressure and the maximum temperature when the refrigerant changes from a gaseous to a liquid state.
  • Refrigerant selection: The user can select the specific refrigerant from the built-in database of 89 types for accurate measurements.
  • Sight glass: A viewing window allows visual inspection of the refrigerant fluid flow and status during charging.
  • Multi-unit conversion: Pressure and temperature measurements can be switched between different units (Kpa/Mpa/bar/inHg/PSI and °C/°F).
