Autool CT400 | Injector tester

The Autool CT400 is an injector tester and cleaner designed for simultaneously testing and cleaning up to six fuel injectors. This model is compatible with a wide range of injector types, including GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection), EFI, and FSI injectors. The tester uses ultrasonic cleaning technology to remove carbon deposits and other contaminants. The CT400 features an ultrasonic bath with a capacity of 2000 ml and test cylinders with a volume of 110 ml each.

The functionality of the CT400 is supported by an advanced GDI control system with selectable test voltages of 12V, 70V, and 120V, making the device suitable for various GDI injectors. The control panel features digital displays for setting parameters such as speed, pulse width, and test duration. An integrated drawer at the bottom provides storage space for the included adapters and components. For safety, the machine is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that automatically activates a cooling fan in case of overheating.

Application and functionality:

The Autool CT400 offers 12 specific test and cleaning programs to analyze and restore the condition and performance of fuel injectors.

• Ultrasonic cleaning: Removes stubborn carbon deposits and contaminants from injectors using ultrasonic vibrations in a cleaning fluid.
• Idle speed test (0-20 ms): Simulates injector operation at idle speed to check uniformity and spray pattern.
• Medium-high speed test (0-7.5 ms): Evaluates injector performance under conditions corresponding to medium engine speed.
• High speed test (0-4 ms): Tests the injectors at high speed to check functionality under heavy load.
• Acceleration test: Simulates injector response and fuel supply during engine acceleration.
• Variable speed test: Checks the performance of the injectors over a varying speed range to test response speed.
• Leak test: Checks the injectors for leakage by subjecting them to an adjustable system pressure without activating them.
• Idle spray pattern test: Analyzes the atomization, spray pattern, and uniformity of the injectors at idle speed.
• Medium-high speed spray pattern test: Visual inspection of the spray pattern at medium engine speed.
• High speed spray pattern test: Visual inspection of the spray pattern at high engine speed.
• Backflushing: Flushes the injectors in reverse direction to remove internal particles and blockages.
• Cleaning without disassembly: Provides the ability to clean a vehicle's fuel system without removing the injectors (requires specific connectors).
