Autool BT880 | Battery Tester

The Autool BT880 is a battery tester developed for analyzing the status of 6V, 12V, and 24V batteries. This model features a 3.2-inch color screen for displaying measurement results and a measurement range of 100-3000 CCA. The tester is equipped with a built-in thermal printer, allowing test reports to be printed directly for documentation.

In addition to the standard battery test functions, the BT880 also includes a multimeter and an oscilloscope function. These functions enable measurements such as voltage, current, and resistance, and allow real-time visualization of voltage waveforms. The tester has a power supply mode that provides stable voltage to the ECU during maintenance or programming, and features temperature compensation for more accurate test results.

Application and functionality:

The BT880 is designed to perform a comprehensive analysis of a vehicle's battery, starting, and charging system. The tester combines multiple functions in one device.

• Battery test: Analyzes the condition of the battery, including the State of Health (SOH), State of Charge (SOC), internal resistance, and provides an overall test result (Good, Recharge, Replace).
• Starting test (Cranking Test): Measures minimum starting voltage and start time to assess the condition of the starting system.
• Charging test (Charging Test): Evaluates the operation of the charging system (alternator) under various loads to check charging voltage.
• Maximum load test: Tests battery performance under maximum load to check stability.
• Oscilloscope function: Provides a graphical display of the voltage waveform, helping to identify fluctuations and irregularities.
• Multimeter function: Measures AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current (with clamp meter), resistance, frequency, diode, and capacitance.
• Power supply mode: Provides a constant, stable voltage to vehicle electronics, for example during flashing or reprogramming an ECU.
• Temperature compensation: Automatically adjusts test parameters based on ambient temperature for accurate measurement.
• Data storage and printing: Stores up to 100 test reports that can be viewed, uploaded to a computer via USB, or printed directly with the built-in printer.
