Autool BT760 | Battery Tester

The Autool BT760 is a battery tester for analyzing the condition of 6V, 12V, and 24V lead-acid batteries. This device performs measurements such as the State of Health (SOH), State of Charge (SOC), internal resistance, and the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) value. The tester is equipped with a 3.2-inch color screen on which the test results are displayed directly. The results can be printed with the integrated thermal printer.

The tester features various safety mechanisms, including protection against reverse polarity and overvoltage. The BT760 supports multiple test standards and can evaluate the condition of a vehicle's start and charging system. The interface is available in several languages, including Dutch, English, and German. Test data, such as voltage and internal resistance, are displayed in real-time.

Application and functionality:

The Autool BT760 offers a range of diagnostic functions for the complete start and charging system of a vehicle.

• Battery test: Analyzes the overall condition of the battery by measuring the SOH, SOC, internal resistance, voltage, and the nominal CCA value. The result indicates whether the battery is good, needs charging, or should be replaced.
• Cranking Test: Measures the minimum starting voltage during engine start. This test evaluates the condition of the starter motor and the battery under load.
• Charging Test: Checks the operation of the charging system, including the alternator and voltage regulator. The test measures the charging voltage at different engine speeds, both unloaded and loaded.
• Maximum load test: Tests the battery under maximum load to assess performance and stability.
• Print results: The built-in thermal printer allows test results to be printed directly for documentation or sharing with customers.
• Waveform analysis: Provides a real-time graphical display of the battery voltage to identify fluctuations and irregularities.

• GEL: Batteries in which the electrolyte is bound in a gel form.
• EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery): An improved version of the standard wet battery, designed for vehicles with start-stop systems.
