Autool BT360 | Battery Tester

The Autool BT360 is a Battery tester designed for analyzing the condition of 12V lead-acid Batteries. This device measures the actual cold cranking current (CCA), the overall condition of the Battery (SOH), and the charge status (SOC). The tester is suitable for a wide measurement range from 100 to 2000 CCA and also analyzes the starting and charging system of 12V and 24V vehicles.

The BT360 is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which prevents damage to the tester and the Battery in case of incorrect connection. The test results, such as the internal resistance value (mΩ) and the Battery voltage, are displayed on the backlit LCD screen. It is not necessary to fully charge the Battery before performing a measurement; the tester can analyze the condition of a partially discharged Battery.

Application and functionality:

This Battery tester performs various diagnostic analyses on the Battery and related systems of a vehicle.

• Battery test: Analyzes the condition of the Battery and displays results such as SOH (State of Health), SOC (State of Charge), voltage, internal resistance, and the measured CCA value.
• Start test: Tests and analyzes the vehicle's starting circuit. The tester measures the starting voltage and starting time to assess the condition of the starting system.
• Load test: Checks the operation of the charging system, including the alternator. The test includes measurements of the unloaded and loaded charging voltage and the ripple voltage.
• Result display: The measurement data is shown directly on the LCD screen, allowing a quick assessment of the Battery and the electrical system.

• Standard lead-acid Battery: Conventional wet cell Batteries.
• AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat): Both flat plate and spiral AGM Batteries.

• EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery): An improved version of the standard wet cell Battery, often used in vehicles with start-stop systems.
