Autel Renault/Dacia Securitygateway Tokens
The Autel Renault/Dacia security gateway tokens are designed to provide access to the secured systems of Renault and Dacia vehicles from model year 2019 onwards. These systems are equipped with a Securitygateway (SGW) that blocks unauthorized access and manipulation of vital vehicle systems. Autel, in collaboration with Renault, has developed the capability to grant this access via tokens, which can be purchased and managed through Autel's MaxiCheck, MaxiDas, MaxiSys, and MaxiIM diagnostic devices.
Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to read the following information carefully:
- Make sure you have an active software update subscription to use the Renault tokens. If necessary, you can purchase an extension of your subscription.
- During the ordering process, you must enter your serial number in the designated field in the shopping cart. You can usually find the serial number on the back of the system, under the barcode. If this is not the case, navigate in the system menu to "Settings" > "About".
- Please note that the administrative processing by Autel may take up to 14 working days. Until Autel has completed the processing, it is not possible to access the SGW.

- Secure access: The tokens provide secure access to the SGW of Renault and Dacia vehicles, essential for performing diagnostic and maintenance tasks that would otherwise be blocked.
- Scope of application: Renault and Dacia vehicles from model year 2019 with a Securitygateway (SGW).
- Compatibility: To be used with Autel MaxiCheck, MaxiDas, MaxiSys, and MaxiIM diagnostic systems.
- Requirements: An active software update subscription and the serial number of the diagnostic system are required to activate tokens.
- Token usage: 1 token provides 24 hours of access to a specific VIN number, with a maximum of 3 access moments within that 24 hours.
