Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600E TPMS Programmer

The Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600E is a multifunctional TPMS programming device with extensive capabilities for both tire pressure monitoring systems and vehicle maintenance. The device features a 5.5” color touchscreen and runs on Android 9.0, ensuring a smooth user experience. Thanks to the wireless Bluetooth VCI module and Wi-Fi connectivity, the device is easy to use and always up to date.

The ITS600E supports reading, activating, programming, and learning TPMS sensors (both OE and Autel MX sensors), and is compatible with vehicles from more than 80 car brands worldwide. Additional features such as DOT tire scanning, recall information, and integration with Autel’s TBE200/TBE100 for measuring tread depth and brake disc thickness make the device very complete for workshops that want to perform tire service professionally.

Diagnostic functions:

• OBDII diagnosis: Reads and clears fault codes from the engine management system and other ECUs via the OBD port.

• Live data: Displays real-time data from vehicle systems, including sensor data and emission values.

• I/M readiness status: Checks if the vehicle is ready for an emissions test, including status of all emission-related components.

TPMS functions:

• Sensor activation: Activates both original and universal TPMS sensors at 315 MHz and 433 MHz.

• Sensor reading: Reads data such as sensor ID, tire pressure, temperature, frequency, and battery status.

• Sensor programming: Programs Autel MX sensors manually, automatically, or via cloning. Supports batch programming of up to 20 sensors at once.

• Sensor relearn: Learns sensor IDs via OBD, automatic or static learning mode.

• TPMS diagnosis: Performs full system check on the TPMS system, including faults, sensor status, and ECU status.

Maintenance functions:

• Oil reset: Resets the maintenance indicator after an oil change.

• EPB reset: Resets the electronic parking brake system after service.

• BMS reset: Calibrates the battery management system after replacement or maintenance of the battery.

• SAS calibration: Calibrates the steering angle sensor after alignment or replacement of steering components.

Special functions:

• DOT scanner: Scans the DOT number on tires and displays production date and expiration date.

• Tire recall check: Checks based on the DOT number whether the tire is subject to a recall.

• Compatible with TBE200/TBE100: Supports Autel tire wear gauges for tread depth and brake disc thickness, with graphical analysis.

• Reset tire label pressure (placard): Adjusts the recommended tire pressure in the ECU after tire change or adjustment.
