- Navigate to the update menu on the device to download and install the new software.
Serial number information
For successful activation, the correct serial number of your diagnostic device is required. This number, usually consisting of 12 characters, must be entered during the ordering process in the designated remarks field. You can find the serial number in the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the MaxiSys tablet.
- Settings menu: In the system menu under 'Settings' or 'About this device'.
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the product.
