Autel MaxiSys MS906 Pro-TS Car Diagnostic Tool

The Autel MaxiSys MS906 Pro-TS is an advanced, professional 2-in-1 car Diagnostic Tool, developed for workshops that want to combine both extensive vehicle diagnostics and full TPMS service in one powerful system. The device combines the extensive OE-level diagnostic and coding functions of the MS906 Pro with a fully integrated TPMS module, including a built-in antenna. This allows technicians to read, activate, program (Autel MX sensors), and learn tire sensors – without extra modules or accessories.

The system runs on a powerful Qualcomm 660 octa-core processor, supports the Android 10 operating system, and features a bright and compact 8-inch HD touchscreen. Communication with vehicles is wireless via the included MaxiVCI V200, which supports the latest protocols such as CAN-FD and DoIP. This makes the device compatible with the newest vehicle models. The system comes standard with two years of free software updates, including TPMS database and brand support. After this period, the device continues to operate on the last installed software version; for new updates and access to online features, an annual license is required.

Diagnostic functions:

The Autel MS906 Pro-TS offers diagnosis at OE level for more than 80 vehicle brands. The system has access to all electronic control units and is designed for in-depth fault analysis and precise vehicle inspection.

• Complete system scan (AutoScan): Automatically scans all present modules for fault codes (DTCs) and generates a complete vehicle status overview.

• AutoVIN & ScanVIN: Automatically recognizes vehicles via the electronic identification (VIN) or via camera scan with the integrated 8MP camera.
• Support for 10 OBDII modes: Provides full support for EOBD/OBDII diagnosis, including advanced Mode 6 for deeper emission test data and monitor diagnosis.

The "TS" version of the Autel MS906 Pro-TS is fully equipped for professional TPMS management, making a separate TPMS programming device unnecessary. Thanks to the built-in antenna, the system offers full coverage for diagnosis, programming and relearning of TPMS sensors.

• Complete TPMS diagnosis: Reads the full status of the TPMS system, including sensor ID, tire pressure, temperature and Battery status. Supports activation of 99% of all OEM sensors.
• Programming Autel MX-Sensors: Supports programming of Autel MX-Sensors (315/433 MHz) for replacement or cloning of original sensors via various programming methods.
• Extensive relearn procedures: Contains a comprehensive database with vehicle-specific instructions for pairing sensors via OBD, automatic recognition or stationary learn procedures.
• TPMS retrofit: Unique feature allowing vehicles without factory-installed TPMS system to be equipped with a fully functional TPMS, as available on higher trims of the same model.

One of the strongest points of the Autel MS906 Pro-TS is the extensive maintenance and service menu with more than 36 commonly used functions. These quickly accessible 'one-touch' functions save time and increase efficiency in the workshop during routine maintenance tasks.

• Oil reset (Service): Resets the oil service interval after maintenance or engine oil replacement.
• Electronic parking brake (EPB): Opens and closes the brake calipers for brake pad replacement and performs calibration.
• Initialize Battery Management System (BMS): Registers a new Battery in the vehicle management system.
• Initialize steering angle sensor (SAS): Calibrates the steering angle sensor after alignment or replacement.
• Initialize diesel particulate filter (DPF): Performs forced regeneration of the soot filter and resets the DPF parameters.
• Bleed ABS pump (ABS): Removes air from the ABS braking system after maintenance or component replacement.
• Initialize injectors: Codes new injectors and correctly writes the IMA codes into the ECU.

• Online coding: Supports brand-specific online coding for among others Volkswagen, Audi and Nissan, where coding data is retrieved directly from the factory server.

• Personalization: Enables activation of hidden functions (such as cornering lights or ambient lighting) or deactivation of unwanted functions (such as start/stop systems).

The included MaxiVCI V200 makes the system fully future-proof thanks to support for the latest vehicle protocols, essential for modern vehicle electronics.

• CAN FD (Controller Area Network – Flexible Data-Rate): Required for communication with many new vehicles, especially from General Motors from model year 2020. This protocol enables higher data speeds than traditional CAN networks.
• DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol): Uses an Ethernet connection for ultra-fast vehicle diagnostics. This protocol is necessary for newer models of, among others, BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
