- Enter the serial number of your Autel diagnostic tool in the remarks field during checkout.
- The license will be automatically processed and linked to your device by Autel within 24 hours.
- Ensure your diagnostic tool is connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Navigate to the update menu on your device to download and install the latest software versions.
Serial number information
To activate the license, the correct serial number of your device is required. This number consists of 12 characters. Make sure to enter this number accurately in the remarks field during the ordering process. You can find the serial number in one of the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker at the back of the Autel MaxiCom Ultra Lite S.
- Settings menu: Via the menu ‘Settings’ > ‘About’ on the device itself.
- Packaging box: On the original box in which the device was delivered.
