The Autel MaxiCom MK900-BT update license provides a software extension of one year for your diagnostic tool. This license is specifically designed to supply your device's software with the most recent vehicle data and functional improvements. This keeps the vehicle coverage up to date and allows you to use the latest diagnostic features released by Autel.
After activating the software extension, you will immediately have access to all new updates. When the one-year license period expires, the diagnostic tool will continue to operate on the last installed software version. Access to new system updates and online functions will no longer be possible until the license is renewed.

Activating the update license is a simple process that is largely automatic:
- Order the license: Place the order for the software extension.
- Provide the serial number: Enter the serial number of your Autel diagnostic tool in the remarks field during checkout.
- Automatic processing: The license will be automatically processed and linked to your device within 24 hours after the order.
- Download the updates: Once the license is active, connect your diagnostic tool to a stable wifi network and perform the available updates via the update menu.
Serial number information
To activate the license, the serial number of your device is required. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in one of the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the diagnostic tool.
- Settings menu: In the system menu under 'Settings' or 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original box in which the device was delivered.
