The Autel MaxiCom MK900-BT is a powerful, wireless Diagnostic Tool at OE level, developed for the modern workshop that requires speed, stability, and versatility. As the direct successor to the MK808BT Pro, this model offers significant improvements in both hardware and software, including a faster processor, more internal memory, and the Android 11 operating system. The system is built around a compact yet robust 8-inch touchscreen tablet and combines in-depth diagnostics, bidirectional control, and an extensive package of maintenance and service functions, suitable for more than 80 vehicle brands worldwide.

Wireless communication is via the included MaxiVCI V150, a compact and powerful Bluetooth VCI. It supports the latest protocols, such as CAN-FD and DoIP, ensuring fast, stable communication with the latest vehicle platforms. One year of free software updates is included by default at purchase. After this period, the device continues to function fully with the last installed software version, but an annual license is required to receive new updates, features, and cloud-based support.

Diagnostic functions:

The Autel MaxiCom MK900-BT offers powerful diagnostic capabilities at OE level and is suitable for more than 80 vehicle brands. Thanks to fast communication, automatic vehicle recognition, and bidirectional functions, the device is ideal for both routine checks and complex fault analyses.

• Complete system diagnosis (OE-Level): Access to all electronic control units, including engine, transmission, ABS, airbag (SRS), comfort systems, steering, infotainment and more. Reads fault codes, provides technical descriptions, and reliably clears malfunctions.
• Active tests (bidirectional control): Sends commands to actuators, relays, and components to test their operation. Examples include activating the fuel pump, controlling the cooling fan system, or testing the air conditioning clutch, without physical disassembly.
• AutoVIN / ScanVIN: Automatic vehicle identification via the VIN number, or by scanning the VIN with the integrated 8 MP camera. This quickly and accurately loads vehicle data for immediate diagnosis.
• Live datastream: Displays real-time sensor and module measurements in text form, graphical view, or as an analog instrument. This allows live system responses to be analyzed, recorded, and compared.
• Pre- and post-scan reports: Generates clear reports on the condition of the vehicle before and after maintenance or repair. Reports are suitable for internal use, customer documentation, or as proof for warranty or insurance purposes.

Maintenance and service functions:

The Autel MaxiCom MK900-BT supports more than 30 maintenance and reset functions, allowing vehicle systems to be adjusted, calibrated, or reinitialized after maintenance or replacement. These functions make the device especially suitable for daily use in universal workshops.

• Oil service reset (Service): Resets the maintenance interval and turns off the service light after oil change.
• Electronic Parking Brake (EPB): Releases and initializes the electric handbrake during brake system maintenance.
• Battery Management System (BMS): Registers a new Battery and restores charging management.
• Steering Angle Sensor (SAS): Calibrates the steering angle sensor after alignment or replacement of steering components.
• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF): Performs a forced regeneration of the soot filter and clears related fault codes.
• ABS pump bleeding (ABS): Activates the ABS system to remove air from the brake lines.
• Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS): Detects and learns new tire pressure sensors.

• Autel Cloud Report Management: All pre-scan and post-scan reports are automatically saved in the Autel Cloud. This makes them easily accessible from other devices, centrally managed, and securely archived for future reference or customer communication.
• Easy sharing and printing: Diagnostic reports can be directly shared via email or wirelessly printed from the tablet via a Wi-Fi printer. This saves time and enables quick and professional customer communication.
• Remote access (TeamViewer): The tablet features a built-in TeamViewer function, which – with permission – allows remote technical support to access the device. This is ideal for assistance with complex diagnostics, settings, or coding tasks.

• Support for CAN-FD & DoIP: Thanks to the MaxiVCI V150, the system supports the latest communication protocols such as CAN-FD (required for e.g. GM after 2019) and DoIP (required for e.g. BMW F/G-series, Volvo after 2018). This guarantees fast and stable communication with the latest vehicle architectures.
• FCA AutoAuth access: Provides direct access to the Secure Gateway (SGW) of modern vehicles from Fiat, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo and Jeep. This allows fault codes to be read and functions to be performed without restrictions. Requires an active AutoAuth account.
• Wi-Fi Print: Enables diagnostic reports to be sent wirelessly directly from the tablet to a Wi-Fi printer. This promotes fast and professional communication with customers or for archiving vehicle data in workshop administration.

• Battery analysis (BT506): Supports integration with the Autel MaxiBAS BT506, an advanced Bluetooth battery tester. This allows for a comprehensive test to be performed on the Battery, the starting circuit and the charging system. Measures among others voltage, internal resistance, capacity (CCA) and battery status.
• Videoscope (MV105/MV108): Compatible with the Autel MaxiVideo MV105 and MV108 inspection cameras. These allow visual inspections in hard-to-reach areas, such as cylinder heads, intake manifolds, EGR channels, or dashboard assemblies.

After the first year, the license can be renewed for an annual fee. The device remains fully functional for already supported models, even without license renewal. However, new software updates can no longer be installed, and some online features may be limited or no longer supported.
