Serial number information
For correct processing of the update, it is essential that you provide the correct serial number of your device. This number consists of 12 characters and can be found in the following locations:
- Back of the device: The serial number is often printed on a sticker on the tablet’s casing.
- Settings menu: Navigate in the main menu to 'Settings' or 'About' to view system information, including the serial number.
- Original packaging box: The number is also on a label on the outside of the original box.
