The Autel Adapter Cable is an adapter that establishes a connection between older vehicles from the VAG group and modern OBD2 diagnostic equipment. The cable converts the specific 2+2-pin OBD1 diagnostic connector into a standardized 16-pin OBD2 connector. This enables communication with the electronic control units (ECUs) of these vehicles using contemporary scanners.
