The Ancel MT700 is a reader specifically designed for motorcycle diagnosis. The device runs on an Android 5.1.1 operating system and features a 7-inch touchscreen. The MT700 supports full system diagnosis for more than 16 motorcycle brands and comes with a license for 1 year free updates.
This reader offers extensive diagnostic functions, including reading and clearing fault codes, displaying live data, and performing more than 15 service and maintenance functions. The set comes with a wide selection of adapter cables for various motorcycle brands. Features such as Auto-VIN for automatic vehicle identification and remote support via TeamViewer are integrated.
Diagnostic functions:
The Ancel MT700 performs a full system diagnosis by scanning all electronic control units present in the motorcycle.
- Read and clear fault codes (DTC): Reads and clears fault codes from all available systems such as engine, ABS, transmission, and TPMS.
- Freeze frame data: Shows a snapshot of vehicle data at the moment an emission-related fault occurred.
- Live data: Displays real-time data from sensors and modules, such as engine speed, coolant temperature, and battery voltage.
- Request vehicle information: Displays specific vehicle information, including the vehicle identification number (VIN).
Service and maintenance functions:
Supports more than 15 special functions for performing service and maintenance tasks on motorcycles. Available functions may vary by brand, model, and year.
Engine and drivetrain:
- Throttle body learning: Calibrates the throttle position sensor and resets the base values after cleaning or replacing the throttle body.
- Reset air-fuel ratio (A/F): Restores the adaptive values of the air-fuel ratio to factory settings.
- CO adjustment: Allows adjustment of the carbon monoxide level in the exhaust gas for optimal engine operation.
- Reset transmission adaptation values: Resets the learning values of the automatic transmission to the default settings.
Maintenance and service:
- Service light reset: Resets the service light and maintenance intervals after performing maintenance.
- ECU settings: Performs a reset of the engine control unit (ECU) to clear stored adaptive data.
Brakes:
- ABS brake system bleeding: Activates the ABS pump to automatically bleed the brake system after repairs.
Electronics and systems:
- Key programming: Adds new keys to the system or programs replacement keys for the immobilizer.
- Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) reset: Resets the TPMS after sensor replacement or adjustments to tire pressure.
