Ancel BST200 | Battery Tester
The Ancel BST200 is a battery tester designed to analyze the condition of 12V lead-acid batteries. The tester measures various parameters, including State of Health (SOH), State of Charge (SOC), internal resistance, and the current CCA value to provide an indication of battery status. The device requires no internal batteries and is powered directly by the battery it is connected to.
In addition to the standard battery test, this device offers a cranking test to analyze the vehicle's starting system and a charging test to check the status of the charging system and alternator. The results are displayed directly on the backlit LCD screen. The tester is equipped with reverse polarity protection to prevent damage to the battery or device.
Application and functionality:
The tester performs various tests to provide an overview of the status of the battery and related systems.
- Battery Test (Accutest): Analyzes the overall condition of the battery by measuring voltage, internal resistance, SOH (State of Health), and SOC (State of Charge).
- Cranking Test (Starttest): Measures the minimum starting voltage during engine start to assess the condition of the starting system.
- Charging Test (Laadtest): Checks the output of the alternator under various loads to verify the operation of the charging system.

- AGM (Flat Plate & Spiral): For Absorbent Glass Mat batteries, both flat and spiral types.
