This 3-piece set is a universal wheel lock bolt remover for dismantling lock bolts without the original key. This wheel tool is developed for use on a wide range of vehicles where the wheel lock key has been lost or damaged.
The parts are made of chrome-molybdenum steel for long life and are resistant to the forces released during use. The set comes with an impact socket with a 1/2” drive, making it usable with a standard ratchet or impact wrench. The included removal pin makes it easy to tap the removed bolt out of the sleeve. All parts are supplied in a sturdy plastic storage case.
Application and functionality:
The tool is designed to remove wheel lock bolts without the original key. The sleeve is hammered over the lock bolt, after which the internal cutting edges grip the bolt head. This creates a firm grip, allowing the bolt to be loosened.
- Disassembly without key: Enables the removal of various types of wheel lock bolts without the corresponding key.
- Grip on damaged bolts: The design is also effective when loosening wheel bolts with a rounded or damaged head.
- Universal mechanism: The conical sleeve with internal blades clamps onto the bolt head for maximum grip during loosening.
