The Topdon Tornado T30000 is a battery charger and maintenance charger, designed for charging 6V, 12V and 24V lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. The device delivers a maximum charging current of 30A for 12V systems and 15A for 6V and 24V systems and is suitable for batteries with a capacity up to 1000 Ah. The charger uses an intelligent 9-step charging process to optimize battery condition and extend lifespan.
The charger is equipped with multiple charging modes, including specific settings for normal, cold, AGM and lithium batteries. A special repair mode is available for restoring sulfated batteries. Additionally, the Tornado T30000 functions as a power supply unit (SUPPLY mode), providing a stable voltage during maintenance or diagnostic work on the vehicle. The built-in temperature sensor automatically adjusts the charging voltage based on ambient temperature to prevent overcharging or undercharging.

- Temperature compensation: An external sensor measures ambient temperature and automatically adjusts the charging voltage for accurate charging in both warm and cold conditions.
- Built-in protections: The system includes protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, overvoltage, overheating and overcharging.
- IP65 rating: The housing is dust and splash water resistant, allowing use in workshops and humid environments.

This device is compatible with a wide range of 6V, 12V and 24V batteries.
- Lead-acid: Suitable for all types of lead-acid batteries, including wet (WET), maintenance-free (MF), calcium (Ca/Ca), Enhanced Flooded Battery (EFB), Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) and GEL.
- Lithium-ion: Specifically designed for charging 12V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries.
