License activation typically takes 24 to 48 hours after placing your order and happens automatically based on the serial number you provide.

Provide Your Serial Number
To activate your license, you'll need the serial number of your Topdon diagnostic device. Enter this number in the notes field during checkout. You can find the serial number on:
- Back or bottom of the device — on a sticker labeled "SN:".
- In the software — via Settings/Configuration > About Device/Version Information.
- Original packaging — on a sticker on the box.
