Diagnostic functions:

• Complete system diagnosis: performs an in-depth scan of all electronic systems present in the vehicle.
• AutoSearch (AutoVIN): automatically identifies the vehicle via the chassis number for a quick start of the diagnosis.
• Read & clear fault codes: reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from all supported systems and provides a detailed description.

The ArtiDiag800 BT 2 supports an extensive package of maintenance functions that allow technicians to quickly and effectively service vehicles after repairs or replacements. Each function is designed to reset, learn, or recalibrate a specific vehicle component so that systems continue to operate safely and correctly.

The following functions are supported:

• Reset oil change interval: This function is used to reset the maintenance interval after the engine oil has been changed. The system is reset so the vehicle can again track when the next oil change is needed, based on time or mileage.
• Release and activate electronic parking brake: This allows the rear brakes to be opened or closed, which is necessary when replacing brake pads or performing other work on the brake system.
• Calibration of the steering angle sensor: The steering angle sensor is recalibrated so that steering behavior and driver assistance systems, such as lane assist and stability control, function accurately.
• Registration of a new Battery: When replacing the Battery, this function can register a new Battery with the vehicle's battery management system. This ensures correct charging and longer Battery life.
• Bleeding the anti-lock braking system (ABS): The brake hydraulics are automatically bled by activating the ABS pump, ensuring no air remains in the system after replacing brake fluid or components.
