The OBDSTAR M002D is a power cable from 6 meters with a red and black alligator clip on one end and a DC connectorat the other. The clamps attach to the positive and negative terminals of the vehicle's 12V battery; the DC connector plugs into the power input of your OBDSTAR device.
The extended length sets this apart from shorter power cables: with 6 meters of reach, you can position your device away from the battery—for instance, on the workbench while performing key programming or module coding. The cable features an integrated fuse holder with a replaceable fuse that protects your connected device against overcurrent and short circuits.
The cable supplies 12V and nothing more — no diagnostic data flows through it. Which procedures you can perform depends on your device's own software.
