Topdon Phoenix Elite | Update License
The Topdon Phoenix Elite update license provides access to the latest software updates for a period of 1 year. This license ensures that the vehicle coverage of the diagnostic device is expanded with new models and systems. Additionally, the user retains access to online features, such as online programming and coding, which depend on an active software license.
With an active license, the Topdon Phoenix Elite diagnostic device operates with all available features. After the license expires, the device remains usable with the last installed software version for offline diagnostic tasks. However, functions requiring an online connection and the ability to download new updates are deactivated. The activation code for renewal is delivered online within 24 hours after ordering via Whatsapp or Email.

Serial number information:
For license activation, the serial number of your diagnostic device is required. You are requested to enter this number, which consists of 12 characters, in the comments field during the ordering process. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the sticker on the back of the Topdon Phoenix Elite.
- Settings menu: In the software menu under "About" or "Info."
- Packaging box: On the original packaging of the product.
