Autel MaxiSys MS908CV | Update License
The Autel MaxiSys MS908CV update license extends the existing software license by 1 year. This extension allows the user to download and install the latest software versions and updates on the diagnostic device.
After ordering, the license is automatically activated on the specified serial number within 24–48 hours. An active license provides access to new diagnostic functions, broader coverage of vehicle models, and general software improvements. With an expired license, the diagnostic device continues to operate with the last installed software, but it is no longer possible to install new updates.
Applications and functionalities:
With an active update license, the following functionalities of the diagnostic device are supported and expanded:
- Expansion of vehicle coverage: Access to software for the latest vehicle models and systems of commercial vehicles.
- New diagnostic functions: Addition of new measured values, actuator tests, and special functions.
- Software improvements: Bug fixes and optimizations of existing functionalities for more stable operation.
- Online functions: Access to online programming and coding for supported brands and models, if applicable.

Serial number information:
For activation of the update license, the serial number (14 characters) of your diagnostic device is required. Enter this number in the comments field during checkout. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
- Device: On the back of the MaxiSys tablet.
- Settings menu: Via the main menu to 'Settings' > 'About'.
- Packaging box: On the original product packaging.
