The OBDSTAR N027 adapter is specifically developed to connect diagnostic equipment to the 3-pin diagnostic port of compatible Kymco and Kawasaki motorcycles. This compact interface acts as the physical link between the vehicle-specific connection on the motorcycle and the standard 16-pin OBD2 connector of the diagnostic device.
The adapter ensures correct pin-out configuration to enable communication between the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and the reading device. Through internal signal conversion, vehicle-specific protocols are translated, giving the technician access to diagnostic functions without using loose wires or universal test probes.
