\nThe OBDSTAR M022A is a adapter cable that a Benelli 6-pin diagnostic connector convert to a standard 16-pin OBD2 (J1962) connector. The cable is designed for use with Benelli and Benelli DSK motorcycles that are equipped with a brand-specific 6-pin connector that doesn't directly fit an OBD2 interface. This cable is exclusively compatible with OBDSTAR diagnostic readers and programmers.\n
\nThe adapter cable connects the vehicle-specific 6-pin diagnostic port of the motorcycle with the 16-pin OBD2 connectorfrom the connected OBDSTAR device. Through this connection, diagnostic data can be read out over theK-line or CAN-bus communication line present in the vehicle. The signal is transmitted without active conversion: the cable acts as passive pin conversion where the correct pins of the Benelli connector are matched to the corresponding pins in the OBD2 plug. This enables communication between the diagnostic system and the electronic control units of the motorcycle possible.\n
