The Autool PT620 is a digital oil pressure tester for the engine, with a measuring range of 0 to 29.4 bar and an accuracy of 0.5% of full scale. You connect it in place of the oil pressure sensor and see the actual oil pressure, rather than just the on or off state of the oil pressure warning light.
With 18 adapter types in metric, UNF, NPT and ZG threads, it fits the oil pressure port of most engines in cars, motorcycles and trucks. The 2.8-inch screen shows the current pressure, the highest and lowest values, the difference and the measuring time. It is supplied with an oil-resistant transfer hose, a right-angle quick coupling and a case.

Measurement functions

Where to use it
- Oil pressure warning light on or flashing: Distinguish low pressure from a faulty sensor.

How to use it
- Removing the sensor: Unscrew the oil pressure sensor and catch the oil.
- Fitting the adapter: Screw in the appropriate adapter and connect the hose.
- Zero point and unit: Zero the tester and select bar, kg/cm² or psi.
- Measuring: Start the engine and read the pressure at idle and at higher engine speed.
- Comparing: Compare the reading with the manufacturer's specification.
